Yoga Party games mixed with mindful crafts wrapped up with Yoga!

Divine You Yoga parties are fun! They are engaging! There is something for everyone! 

They also come to you! Park, garden hall or home, yoga parties for everywhere!

A Divine You Yoga Birthday Party will generally run as follows:  

Children arrive on the mats

• Settle in/introduction
• Take off shoes and   socks

Warm Up 

• General gross movement through dance forward bends, side bends, twists, joint rotations 

Yoga Craft Activity

• Choose from Yoga Craft Activity list below

Yoga Game

• Example game:  Yoga Freeze - free movement, when music stops, into a yoga pose this can be a directed pose  or free yoga pose.

Yoga Craft Activity

• Choose from Yoga Craft Activity list below

Suggested break for food and drinks approx. 10min ( included in Package B option only)

Yoga Game

• Example game:  Follow the leader using scarves – use of scarves during yoga movement and poses. Each child has an opportunity to lead.

Relaxation/Mindfulness

• Relaxation - visualisation or sound through relaxing music or singing bowls may be used.

Yoga Craft Activity Options:

• 1. Breathe with Glitter: Using glitter and glue to create a sparkly breathing picture. 
• 2. Relaxing Eye Pillows: Made with socks and rice, decorated with ribbon.
• 3. Breathing Beads: Beads and pipe cleaner are used to create a tool to help with mindful breathing.
• 4. Mindfulness Bottles: A mixture of glitter and glycerin in water. Children are encouraged to watch the glitter settle at the bottom of the bottle to demonstrate a busy mind and a clear, calm mind. A great introduction to meditation.
• 5. Affirmation Magnets: Children use their creativity to design positive artwork. Creatively captured to use for meditation and adorn your home.

• Each Yoga Game is approx. 10min
• Each Yoga Craft is approx. 15min
• Package price includes set up and pack up time
• It is suggested that guests arrive approx. 15 to 30min before yoga activities begin and cutting the cake follows the relaxation/mindfulness activity 
• Parents/guardians are welcome to participate with their child/children

• 50% deposit upon booking, remaining amount to be paid 5 days before. 
• Confirmation of the number of children attending the party to be confirmed 5 days before the party.
• Non-refundable deposit for cancellations.
