A Children’s Yoga class is a time to explore movement and breath through play and what better place do this than within our Early Learning Education Centres!
Yoga practice is a fun and playful time for children to do some gentle and dynamic movements with their friends, supporting gross and fine motor skill development. Breathing and mindfulness techniques are also incorporated to encourage connection and relaxation. Most importantly there is lots of time for children to interact, move, sing and express themselves during a class.

Benefits of Yoga for Children
In a children’s yoga class, children are allowed to relax and have fun in an encouraging non-competitive environment while developing their strength, coordination, flexibility and balance. A yoga class can help a child increase body awareness, concentration and self-esteem.
